This option includes use of the pavilion with 4 sides for cold, inclimate weather, lighting, 5′ round tables and chairs (number to be determined by size of guest list), 2 rectangular buffet tables for food, gifts, etc., linens, and a coordinator to help with the event.

A coordinator will be present during the event, and any time before the event to help with details including coordinating outside vendors; The Oaks will supply 4 – 5′ round tables with chairs and linens for additional seating in the upstairs seating area or the outside welcome area under a canopy of lights (to be determined by the guest, outdoor weather permitting).
Rental of the property for 6 hours for an event. This means guests are welcome to rent or bring in anything needed for their event including extra seating, decorations, food, etc. The property has so many different areas for hosting events and each area can be transformed into a unique, functional space for celebrating any occasion!
